Docs is experimental and tied to a specific server setup. Most problems are server-side configuration rather than client bugs.
Report a bug
Include your Nextcloud version, whether the mydocs and eurooffice apps are installed, and which of the three endpoints failed.
Server setup help
Document Server configuration and JWT signing questions are best asked in Discussions; they are the most common cause of a blank editor.
Security disclosure
This handles app passwords and signed editor configs. Report anything sensitive privately.
Before you ask
- Confirm the same document opens in the Nextcloud web editor. If it does not, the problem is server-side.
- Check the Document Server JWT secret matches on both sides; a mismatch produces a blank editor with no error.
- Say whether sign-in completed. An expired app password currently looks like an empty grid.
